Plans "Historical Room"
All of the historical and archival
materials, show cases, pictures, records and memorabilia have been moved
to the Parsonage.
WELCA's desire is to establish a
"Historical Room" in the Church's Parsonage where anyone may go
and do research on the Church's past or even use the materials to research
for a family tree.
Along with the "Historical
Room" there is wall space to display historical pictures, old Bibles,
slides, old photographs, (activities of the church, members,
etc.).
Right now we are organizing a plan of
action of how items will be displayed and just what we have on hand.
If you would like to help establish this
"Historical Room" in helping arrange furniture, show cases, hang
pictures, help categorize the various records and files, contact Helen
Wheeler either at home (810-364-3024) or the Church (810-765-5242).
